Do you have a young athlete? Youtube is filled with great content, your kids coaches might program in season but what do your kids follow off season and how do you know what is best? In person youth sports training is not feasible for everyones budget. So I am now offering sport specific programming you can do with your kids. These programs are fully customizable. All youth training should be supervised by an adult and noted that all training is done at ones own risk.
Starting at $60
sports specific: speed, agility, quickness training, aerobic conditioning, strength training (will vary greatly depending upon age of athlete), flexibility, mobility and balance training included
Outlined breakdown of suggested macros/ nutrition advising
Ideally IIFYM (if it fits your macros)
Weekly Carb cycling plan with macro breakdown/day/meal guidelines (not always IIFYM)
Weekly health, nutrition and wellness conference call coaching. We will discuss short term/long term goal setting, macro setting and accountability, nutrition advising, barriers, time management and more. One session/week starts at $50.
