What makes me different from the rest is my broad experience in the fitness industry. I gained my masters in exercise science in 2014, I have been teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes over the years with numerous certifications (Kettlebell, TRX, Les Mills, CSCS, CPT). At home programs do require a minimum of:
1 set of dumbbells, booty band and a resistance band.
Jump Rope Recommended *
Heavy, moderate and light dumbbell options are optimal *
Booty Bands are recommended. Some gyms have these for use others do not.
